This article investigates the impact of financial market anomalies with an emphasis on finan-cial constraints based on Risk- Based Perspective and Behavioral Perspectives. This is a post-event descriptive applied paper. The statistical population includes all active companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange, whose shares were traded in Tehran Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2020. The statistical sample was selected based on the method of systematic elimination of 182 companies. The primary and secondary data including reports of financial statements and audited financial statements of stock exchange companies for a period of 10 years have been used to collect the required data and financial information and analyzed by eviews9 and SPSS software. Various statistical tests were used for the inferential analysis of the variables, including the F Limer and Hausman test, regression test, and panel data. The research results showed that financial anomalies have a positive effect on Iran's capital market Risk Premium, and financial constraints have a positive effect on Iran's capital market Risk Premium. In oth-er words, incorrect pricing leads to an underreaction or overreaction in stock prices from the investor's psychological deviation, such as the investor's misunderstanding of the company's profit, and affects the financial risk and constraint and ultimately financial crisis.

Abstract<br /><br />Independence in the auditing profession is actually an abstract concept that cannot be directly observed, and it is often described as a state of mind which is related to concepts such as impartiality, honesty, trustworthiness, and personality. There are two aspects for independence in most of the existing definitions in the auditing profession. One is true independence (intrinsic) and the other is apparent independence, so that true (intrinsic) independence is considered "absence of mental tendency in the implementation of audit operations" and apparent independence is "avoidance of conditions that show the auditor in conflict with the obvious interests of the employer".. The research data collection tool was a questionnaire, which was used to analyze the collected data using partial least squares analysis. The target population of the research was the auditors who are members of the audit organization and private sector audit institutions. They were selected through random sampling and examined in a period of 6 months. Based on the obtained results, it was determined that self-fulfilling prophecy has a positive and significant effect on auditors' bias. In fact, the result of this research shows that the existence of positive expectations in the context of the society and the professional environment creates more dynamics in the effective and independent functions of auditors because the motivations can increase the professional philosophy of auditors in the process of work and make them have professional opinions and judgments, regardless of any influence and possible dependencies when making decisions.

The yield spread is a tool for predicting economic growth or recession that has garnered considerable attention in both developed and developing countries. The yield spread refers to the difference between the yields of long-term and short-term securities. This research aims to explain the Power of sukuk yield spread to predict Iran's GDP growth. For this purpose, data from 90 trading days of both corporate and government sukuk in the Iran Fara Bourse from the year 2015 (1394 Hijri) to the first half of 2022 (1401 Hijri) were examined and researched. The GDP growth data compared to the same season in the previous year, termed Quarterly growth rate, was compared with various yield spreads of long-term and short-term Sukuk. The yield spread of 4-year and 6-month sukuk (4y-6m) was selected as the appropriate spread to predict real GDP growth. The equation for predicting economic activities for the next 3 quarters based on the 4y-6m spread of the current quarter was designed using a linear regression model and optimized by the ordinary least squares (OLS) method. The results showed that the yield spread of sukuk (4y-6m) with the coefficient of determination (R2=0.10) and the correlation coefficient r=0.317 can predict the next 3 quarters of Iran's GDP.

This scholarly endeavor aims to examine the enhancing or limiting role of factors affecting intellectual capital to implement changes in the competitive ability of companies. The enhancement of a company's competitive ability has always been a focal point for company managers, and numerous studies have been conducted to identify factors that augment this competitive capability. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of intellectual capital comprising human capital, relational capital, and structural capital on the dimensions of market share and stock price in a company's competitive capacity. Furthermore, the effect of two moderating variables, political relations and strategic management accounting (SMA), on the relationship between intellectual capital indicators and market share and stock price dimensions within a multiple regression model has been scrutinized and interpreted. The primary aim of the present research is to elucidate the role and significance of SMA and political relations in the influence process of intellectual capital on the competitive capability derived from market share and stock prices to control influential factors in this regard. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a multivariate linear regression model, and data analysis was conducted using the panel data method. The findings indicate that in addition to the significant positive relationship between intellectual capital on the competitive capability derived from the companies' market share, political relations, and SMA have positive moderating effects on the relationship between intellectual capital and competitive capability stemming from market share. However, SMA, as a moderating variable, has no impact on this relationship.

The diversity of tools and measurement methods has created new opportunities in studies, often leading to different results and causing confusion in understanding the overall outcomes. Meta-analysis is a set of statistical methods for integrating the results of various studies and identifying moderating factors in the relationships between financial indicators and credit ratings. In this research, we will use the methodology of meta-analysis (meta-analysis), which is considered a quantitative statistical approach. To implement the meta-analysis method, all studies conducted in the field of research using keywords such as financial ratios, credit rating models; Logit-Probit models, and factors affecting credit rating will be identified and collected from domestic and international journal websites (in the time period from 2008 to 2023) as the statistical population of the research. Finally, out of the total studies collected, 22 studies were analyzed systematically with certain limitations applied. The results of the examination of these studies indicate that most of these studies are heterogeneous. Moreover, the Logit and Probit models accurately and acceptably predict the impact of financial ratios on credit rating. Additionally, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between financial indicators and credit rating.

This study explores the relationship between the auditor and the employer based on the ethical approach and its effect on the quality of the audit report using the Delphi-fuzzy process. The current research is qualitative-quantitative and applied, and in terms of its nature, it is survey-analytical research. First, according to the related theories and research questions, the important factors were identified by the library method, and then the questionnaire made by the researcher was given to the experts who were selected by the purposeful sampling method. Among them, 53 people responded and the sub-components related to each factor were identified and classified through the questionnaire. Finally, the answers were checked and processed using Excel software and then analyzed with the data related to the year 2022 and spss and Delphi-Fuzzy software.<br />The consensus results of the research experts' opinions indicate that an increase in the amount of ethical components such as honesty, experience, competence and independence (independent variables) and on the other hand a decrease in the amount of economic components such as inflation and financial pressure and the environmental component as control variables leads to an increase in the quality of the relationship between the employer and the auditor and an increase in the transparency of the audit reports and finally the quality of the audit

This research addresses the challenge of optimizing the selection of a stock portfolio within a scenario involving two distinct decision makers, each driven by their unique objective functions and constraints. Importantly, the choices made by one decision-maker impact the decisions of the other. The primary focus is a dual-level model: at the first level (leader), investment management firms' decisions are expressed as they strive to partake in trading profits through portfolio management. At the second level (follower), active investors in the capital market are examined, pursuing goals of maximizing returns and minimizing investment risk. A notable innovation lies in incorporating social criteria and implicit investor preferences into the considerations of portfolio management firms. Given that solving two-level optimization problems with variable variability at the follower level is recognized as a complex polynomial challenge, this research introduces an inventive algorithm based on exhaustive enumeration to tackle the proposed model. Numerical outcomes stemming from portfolio optimization, utilizing data from the Tehran Stock Exchange market and Iran Farabourse market. Furthermore, numerical analyses underscore the favorable performance of the proposed model and algorithm in addressing issues related to stock portfolio optimization. Thus, this model holds promise as a management tool for similar challenges.

Investigation of the evolutions of the stocks, gold, and oil markets in Iran shows clearly that prices of these assets have experienced abrupt fluctuations during the recent past. This indicates the great importance of investigating these fluctuations to see how they are transferred from one financial market to another. When it comes to economic policy setting, such an investigation serves as an efficient economic instrument for realizing increased production and employment, because a proper understanding of the mentioned price fluctuations in the markets contributes to setting appropriate controlling policies. Oil and gold, as two strategic and irreplaceable commodities, have attracted much attention recently. These two goods in particular cause an increase in prices and an increase in economic costs. Therefore, the present research investigates the relationship between fluctuations in the gold and oil markets as well as Iran’s stock exchange market (SEM) during 2012 – 2022. Data analysis was performed by the SVAR-asymmetric-BEKK-GARCH model. Findings indicated a one-way relationship amongst fluctuations overflown across the considered variables.

This research aims to examining the relationship between tax avoidance, effective tax rate, tax risk and tax uncertainty. The data obtained in relation to the research variables were entered into an Excel spreadsheet and then analyzed using EViews software. The statistical population of this research is the systematic elimination method among 149 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 2014 to 2021. The research results showed that there is a significant relationship between the company's effective tax rate and the company's profitability. There is no significant relationship between tax avoidance and the company's tax risk rate, as well as between tax avoidance and tax uncertainty. More Discussion and conclusion showed that People in a company are interested in the effective tax rate that is used when budgeting and planning. On the other hand, the agency theory encourages managers to increase company profits. When the earned profit increases, the amount of income tax will automatically increase in proportion to the increase in the company's profit.

The current study has investigated the effect of liquidity growth rate and real interest rate deviation on the performance of banking industry and credit institutions in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of January 2011 to March 2021. In this way, autoregressive vector model, Granger causality test and instantaneous reaction functions have been used to explain the mechanism of the effect of liquidity growth rate and real interest rate deviation on the return of the banking industry index and credit institutions. According to the investigations, there is an inverse relationship between the uncertainty of the real interest rate and the return of the banking industry index in the Tehran Stock Exchange market; But the volatility of liquidity growth does not significantly affect the performance of the banking industry index. Keywords: Liquidity Growth Rate, Uncertainty of Real Interest, Returns of The Banking Industry Index and Credit Institutions, Autoregressive Vector Model, Granger Causality Test

Relationship between Income Quality and Cost of Equity: the Role of Voluntary Disclosure of Non-Financial Information and Sustainability Performance<br />The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between income quality (IQ) and cost of equity (CEC) through the role of voluntary disclosure of non-financial information and sustainability performance (SP). SP indicators (60 indicators) are used in three economic, social and environmental dimensions to measure the voluntary disclosure of non-financial information at both retrospective and prospective levels and SP, and the data of 120 firms in the period of 2015-2021 have been used to calculate research variables. The results of data analysis using multiple regression and panel data method indicate that the IQ does not have a significant effect on the CEC, which is observed by entering the adjusting variables (voluntary disclosure and SP). Voluntary retrospective and prospective non-financial information and SP have a significant impact on the relationship between the IQ and CEC.

Financial institutions model potential counterparty distress before lending to potential counterparties in an attempt to mitigate such losses. Therefore, one of the ways to help in the correct use of investment opportunities and also to prevent the wastage of resources is to predict financial helplessness. In this regard, in this research, a new model related to the prediction of financial helplessness is presented, in which the deep learning method based on the gray wolf optimization algorithm will be used. Then the predictive power of this model is compared with the artificial neural network method. For this purpose, the information of 160 selected firms admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2016 to 2022 was used. The findings of the research related to predicting the helplessness of firms based on the deep learning method based on the gray wolf meta-engineering algorithm, showed that the percentage of success of this model in predicting the helplessness of companies is equal to 98.33%, while the power of prediction the artificial neural network method was for 94.45%. Based on this, it can be concluded that the deep learning method based on the gray wolf meta-engineering algorithm has a higher level of accuracy than the artificial neural network method in predicting the helplessness of the investigated firms

The present study was aimed at determining the effect of spiritual intelligence on the relationship between perfectionism traits of internal auditors and their tendency to whistleblowing, and formulating a model based on structural modeling. This was a descriptive-correlational research in nature. The statistical population included internal auditors and individuals experienced in the field of internal auditing (either as members of the audit committee or as members of the internal audit team). To this end, a list of 1787 audit committee members of publicly listed companies with a record of membership in the internal audit committee and registered with the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran was prepared and sent to all internal auditors of listed companies. To determine the sample size, Cochran’s formula was used, and the sample size was set at 244 individuals. The tools used included the multidimensional perfectionism questionnaire by Hewitt and Flett (1991), and a scenario was used to measure whistleblowing. This scenario was based on the questionnaire designed by Taylor and Curtis (2010). <br />Findings: The results revealed that spiritual intelligence, as a mediating variable, affected the relationship between perfectionism and whistleblowing. Besides, it was shown that, without the mediating effect of spiritual intelligence, there is a positive and direct relationship between perfectionism and whistleblowing. Based on the findings, it is recommended to plan and develop principles for enhancing spiritual intelligence, along with policies for attracting auditors and improving the control system. These measures would encourage auditors to raise red flags and ultimately increase the credibility of the profession
